Primer Design Programs:

Chemical oligonucleotide synthesis is performed on a routine 0.2 µmol scale following the phosphoramidite method. Synthesized oligonucleotides are purified from synthesis chemicals and delivered as lyophilized. The oligonucleotide report sent with each order includes the base sequences, molecular weights, amount, OD and dilution information of the synthesized oligo.

Oligo Synthesis Price: 0.55 EUR / base (oligo 6 and above: 0.50 EUR / base no shipping fee)

Standard Purification: free

RPC (Rev. Phase Cartridge): 10 EUR

HPLC: 30 EUR

Please note: Prices are applicable for the standard primer synthesized at a scale of 200 nmol up to 50 bases. Different prices are applied for 50 basses or above.

For primers with 39 basses or above, RPC or HPLC is required thus, their respective purification cost is added.

Warranty: The warranty period for primers is 1 month from the date of delivery. No guarantee is given to the marked oligos since they are highly sensitive in both use and storage.

Our products can be used for 2 years when stored at -20 ° C according to stability control tests.
